Every purchase from the Off-Duty Runner collection includes a t-shirt, sling bag, key chain, and sticker pack. The sling bag is perfect for carrying your daily essentials, while the key chain adds a touch of personality to your bag or keys. The sticker is a little extra to show off your off-duty spirit—because even on our rest days, we all deserve a little fun!

Note: Key chain design will be issued at random.

Limited Collection, Lasting Impact

Priced at S$55 per set (T-shirt + Sling Bag + Sticker + Key Chain), this exclusive collection is available for pre-order from 14 March to 25 March, 2025. More than just a stylish collection, every purchase directly supports a charitable cause. 100% of the sales proceeds (after production costs) will be donated to Singapore Children's Society.

For example, if production costs amount to $25 per set, the remaining $30 will go directly to the charity—ensuring your purchase does more than just looking good.

Note: Running Department is a 100% non-profit running community. We will only use the funds collected from the sales to pay for the cost of production.

Payment must be made via PayNow to 90930176 prior to the collection of their order and to update the payment form. All orders will be processed upon verification of payment. The orders will be ready for collection 6 weeks after we close and process all the pre-orders.

All our merchandise are sold at actual cost price to the running community without any mark-up or profits. We hope all runners will co-operate and collect their purchases timely as a lot of time and effort will be put to facilitate the collection and logistics support.

What is this Off-Duty Runner Collection about?

The Off-Duty Runner Collection is a lifestyle merchandise set, comprising of a T-Shirt, Sling Bag, Key Chain and Sticker Pack that's produced jointly by Running Department and Tee Chew Paper (Tammy). We hopes to raise funds for the Singapore Children's Society through the sale of the Off-Duty Runner Collection.

Who can purchase the Off-Duty Runner Collection?

This special set is available to runners / pacers and friends of Running Department. Runners must qualify one of the following in order to make a purchase:

Attend at least one run with Running Department with a valid check-in on the Train With Us Platform for the last 12 months OR
Receive a special code from our Running Crews at our runs to qualify for the purchase.

What are the sizes available?

The T-Shirt is available in XS, S, M, X and XL. In the event that you wish to get XXL or larger sizes, an additional top up of $5.00 will be required.

About Pricing

How much does it cost to buy the Off-Duty Runner Collection?

The cost per set is S$55.00 and it comes with a sling bag, key chain and a sticker pack.

This does not include any delivery fees if a runner choose to opt in for delivery. All our merchandise are sold at actual cost price to the running community without any mark-up or profits. We hope all runners will co-operate and collect their singlets timely as a lot of time and effort will be put to facilitate the collection and logistics support.

I don't train with Running Department. Can I still buy the Off-Duty Runner Collection?

Yes you can! We hope to raise donations for a good cause.

About Ordering

How can I place an order?

You can place your order online by submitting them here. Please ensure you sign in with a Running Department account to make the purchase.

Why must I sign in with a Running Department account to make a purchase?

An account is required to keep track of your order(s). This is to also facilitate payment and collection tracking. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.

How do I know the size(s) I want is available in stock?

Real time updates of the size availability will be displayed upon selection of the sizing.

Any due date to collect my order?

Yes, we will reserve your size(s) for 45 days from the start date of collection. If there is no collection after 45 days, we will donate your order to a charity.

How do I make payment?

Runners can make payment to us by making a PayNow payment to 90930176 or using the QR code below. Upon making payment, runners are required to submit their payment information here. Once we verify your payment, your order will be processed accordingly.

Is there a restriction on the number of sets that I can purchase?

In view of the limited design and sizes, each order is set at a maximum of 2 sets.

When is the due date for ordering?

The Off-Duty Runner Collection will be available for pre-order from 14 March 2025 and will close on 25 March 2025.

I did not place an order online, can I purchase it on-the-spot during your weekly run?

No. Unfortunately, we will not have ready made sizes available for sale.

By when must I submit my pre-order request?

Pre-orders will close by 25 March, 2359hours. Please submit your pre-order before the deadline.

Why must I make payment for the pre-order in advance?

Payment must be made for your pre-order in order to secure the order. The payment is to also safeguard Running Department and to ensure that all pre-orders are accounted for.

Can I change my pre-order after submission?

We are sorry but we won't be able to make changes to a pre-order after we have received your submission.

About Collection

When can I collect the Off-Duty Runner Collection order?

The orders will be ready for collection 6 weeks after we close and process all the pre-orders. We will notify all buyers via the registered email addresses in your Running Department account. We seek your understand that we have a production lead time of 4 to 5 weeks.

I am unable to collect on any collection dates, can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, the person will need to show us a copy of Running Department's Order email. Just forward the email to your friend who will be collecting on your behalf.

Is there a delivery option?

Yes. Runners can now choose between self-collection and delivery method. We will be using SingPost's Smart Pac solution for direct to mailbox delivery that comes with a parcel tracking number. Do note that the cost of delivery is S$3.00 per set and if you are buying two sets, it will be priced at S$6.00 as we are unable to fit two sets into one delivery bag.Please refer to SingPost's website for more information.

Why do I have to pay the delivery fee for each set I ordered?

The cost of delivery is at S$3.00 per set and there's a limitation to the number of items that we can pack into the delivery bag. Hence, we can only fit one set of merchandise into one delivery bag.

How long will delivery take?

The actual delivery by SingPost will take approximately 2 to 3 working days but processing of your orders will take approximately 7 to 10 working days, including packing, sorting and dropping the parcel at SingPost for the delivery. We seek runners understanding on this.
